A retail pop-up event, the KLM Helpful Pop-Up was aimed at engaging would-be business travelers and educating them about KLM services and brand ethos.

We provided user journey strategic advisory which resulted in the design and engineering a local network to track user registration through the experience. This system allowed for users to “check in” via touch screen for their experience and then register their participation at each of the pop up’s points of interactivity through near field communication technology. This combined with a preflight registration styled RSVP system helped collect 10k+ San Francisco business traveler’s.
Leveraging deep knowledge of the strict SF outdoor advertising policies, we additionally helped sculpt a disruptive outdoor awareness campaign to drive customers into the experience.
It was recognized by Event Marketer as a best in class retail pop up experience winning the 2016 Ex Marketer award.
