NGNM identified an approach to launching the newly refreshed brand built to improve morale and brand sentiment both internally and externally. It included an onsite activations at the 18 Centura branded hospitals in Colorado and Western Kansas, nearly 100 short films and cut downs, a UGC campaign of associates commitment to “whole person health care”, a microsite to house all content and a bespoke digital experience (housed in a customized tour vehicle) used for consumer interaction and candidate data acquisition.
